Thank you to the Mayors and city officials who have taken on the Child Advocacy Center’s mission of raising awareness for Child Abuse Prevention by designating May 14, 2011, Champions For Children Day.

You may have heard the phrase “it takes a village” and we appreciate the steps that are being taken to protect our most vulnerable citizens… children.

The Madison County Child Advocacy Center believes that by raising awareness, we can make a difference in the lives of child victims of abuse in our County and beyond by joining together and giving children a voice.

Please click to see the Proclamations of our local cities who support the work of the Madison County Child Advocacy Center as well as the State of Illinois Proclamation initiated by Governor Pat Quinn. Illinois Proclamation, Wood River Proclamation, Bethalto Proclamation, Edwardsville Proclamation, Glen Carbon Proclamation, Roxana Proclamation, Village of Hartford Proclamation, Alton Proclamation, Village of Godfrey Proclamation, Collinsville Proclamation
